I would like to work in a foundation that supports LGBT + people, especially trans people, helping them with their mental health and better coping with their circumstances, because I think that the trans people and LGBT+ in general needs support and company, a lot of times is very dificult in this society don't be cis straight. I imagine myself working in the OTD foundation that does what I mentioned above, giving company therapy and speaking with the family of the people to give information about it and supporting them. I would like to earn the enought money to live in calm and to can pay a house and sometimes travel, but for me is not necessary to have so much money and material things. At the beginning, I would like to work in my country, but later on I think it would be good to work in other countries.  I study psychology at Universidad de Chile in the Social Science Faculty. I choose this career because I'm interested in the differents mental processes, how situations affects each individual, and also I would like to help people cope with their different problems by giving them tools and support, and at the same time contribute to mental health with my grain of and be able to contribute in social problematics .  Today and due to the pandemic, my classes are just online. The online classes for me have been a little bit hard, because I don't have a very good internet, my internet is really slow so sometimes I have difficulties with that, also, the interaction is difficult sometimes, because everything is comunicated by chat or zoom meetings.  Nonetheless, I have met very nice people, i have very good classmates and group of friends, we help each other in differents things, like in studies, emotional well-being and to have moments of distraction in this hard context, ...

In today's confinement I have felt alone, I have had moments of great anxiety, sorrow, hopelessness and anguish, and I consider it normal knowing everything that is happening ,  has been very dificult for each of us. In my point of view, I think in order to cope with this confinement, you can share mare with whoever is with you at home, try to make exercise, go for a walk in the way is alloweed, cook new things, learn about makeup, drawing, writing my thoughts, or  at least that has served me.  My best holiday was in July of 2019, almost two years ago. My mom and I went to Concepción and Talcahuano on winter holidays, We stayed in our cousin's house that lives in the center of Concepción, and we spent about a 4-5 days there. We went to different places, like Ecuador Park, the University of Concepción, the port of Talcahuano. We also met the city of Talcahuano, that is very beauty and it has a hills full of houses, something similar to Valparaiso, someday I would like to live in a house like that, but at the same time scares me in a case of an earthquake. The best thing that happened was that I got to meet a friend that I only knew on the internet, and she meets my mom also and was very funny and we get along very well, we took pictures, we go to the beach, the different parks, the mall, etc, and that was very greatful for me! I would like to repeat moments like that. Concepción for me is a very beautiful city, has a very great people, and has very alternative enviroments...

 The country that I would like to to visit is Holland, specifically Amsterdam. Because I think that is a very beautiful place, with so much colorful buildings, I also love the river that crosses the whole city as well, there is a lot of beautiful nature in that place, like beautiful flowers and trees around the all city. Something interesting that I know about Amsterdam it has “Red Light District” where the prostitution is legal, something that doesn’t exist in any other country in the world. I would like to study, work and live there even for some time or a couple of years, because I would like to learn more about the Dutch culture, the  Dutch history, the society, How does mental health get there, etc. Also, I have two relatives who lives in Amsterdam, Holland Since 8 years ago, and they said me that I can live with them If I can get study there, and for me that's sounds be very cool!

 My favoite subject this semester is Psicologia de la Personalidad. The methodology of the subject it consists of the teachers recording explanatory capsules of the contet of the texts to be treated, for example the personality according to Freud, uploading them to the platform and after that, at 4:30 pm on Tuesdays we have classes to answer questions about the content.  The main contents that we seen in the subject are the notion of the person according differents paradigms of psychology, the personality in the inner and outer forms, differents psychological theories of personallity according the paradigm, therapies, etc. I like the subject because I am very interested in the personality and how this is related to our mental processes and our behaviour, it is very fascinaning for me. Besides, I like the fact that the subject addresses all the paradigms of psychology, I think that of that way we learn with a more integrative perspective, I have learn about humanism, cognitivis...

This website is divided into different sections such as psychological articles, social psychology information, courses, acces to their social networks. Also, the website describes the social processes in the post's, giving tips to improve in the social relationships, how to have more security in yourself, tools to have a better self esteem, in the backgroung it's a very informative page regarding social psychology and at the same time relating it to people. I visit the website every time I need information about social psychology, when I want to learn more about that, or when I feel with a little bit anxious, to have information on how to solve some problems, so I think that on overage I visit the website a 1 to 3 times a week.
